To achieve this, we have implemented our Quality Care Program, which includes regular visits, unannounced inspections by our managers, and daily, weekly, and monthly report reviews. Our clients can also evaluate our performance through an online survey system as part of the quarterly customer audit process.

First Response Security Protective Services has a unique management approach that is both proactive and personal. With an extensive network of branches, our management team is easily accessible and accountable.
Our team consists of qualified agents, including Customer Service Managers, Account Managers, Operations Managers, and Field Supervisors, who are responsible for ensuring the welfare of security guards and maintaining standards. They deliver onsite training, monitor security guard performance, and are available for advice in case of difficulties or emergencies. Our supervisors and managers frequently visit all security guards to ensure quality service delivery. As our client, you are our top priority, and we do our best to accommodate your needs and demands. We value our clients' questions, concerns, and requests, and we believe this approach has contributed to our success.

Protection Services Management Obligations of First Response Security:

A manager will visit the Property 1-2 times weekly to ensure that all procedures and security systems function correctly.

Our managers are responsible for conducting random onsite spot checks to monitor the service and identify unprofessional security personnel

All First Response, Security Protective Services management, can be reached 24/7 via email and phone, and we typically respond immediately to correspondence from clients, with a maximum response time of 45 minutes.

Lead security supervisors will have access to email and company mobile devices to correspond with executive management as needed.

We recommend holding bi-weekly Executive Management and Security Management meetings to review and evaluate the security measures in place.

Security management will remain fully responsible for minimizing executive management's responsibility for security issues and policies.

We will prepare a weekly report documenting major security events, which will be cross-referenced at our scheduled client meetings.
